1. I’d like to get an estimate for repairs. What does it cost and do I need an appointment?
*All estimates are free and no appointment is necessary.

2. Do you guarantee your work?
    *Yes! H2 guarantees all repairs. We have been in the business for many years and we realize the importance of standing by our work. Our customers can rest assured     that their car will be repaired properly.

 

3.Do you have any special offers or discounts?
*H2 Auto Body offer up to $1,000 off any repair. Call us for your estimate.

 

4. What do I need to do in order to get the repair started?
     *If your repairs involve insurance, call your insurance company and let them know you want to have the work done at H2 Auto Body. Make arrangements for a date when your adjuster can see your car. He/She will do an inspection and the payment process can begin.

 

5. What do I need to bring with me when I drop off the car?
     *Bring your insurance information, including claim number and contact numbers.

 

6. When I drop off my car, how do I get another car to drive while my car is being repaired?
     *We will assist you by contacting a local rental car company and we will drive you to their facility where you can make arrangements for a rental car.

 

7. My car is not drivable. How do I get it to H2 Auto Body?
    *We will arrange to have your car towed.

 

8. How close can you match the color?
    *We use DuPont Computerized System for color matching; it is the best color matching system in the business.

 

9. What can I expect when I pick up my car?
     *You can expect your car will be properly repaired and completely detailed, inside and out.

 

10. Do I need to take any special care of my car after the repair?
       *We recommend that you wait 2 weeks before waxing.

 

11. How long will it take to repair my car?
       *Depending on the damage, we can estimate the length of time it will take. Completion dates depend on availability of parts. We will make every effort to return your car as quickly as possible.

 

12. How long can I wait to pick up my car?
       *We ask our customers to pick up their cars within 3 days; however, other arrangements can be made if necessary.

 

13. Can I have my car repaired anywhere I want?
        *Yes! You can choose to have your car repaired wherever you feel most comfortable.
